Homes Sales Down??????? You decide....

Are Homes Sales down?????? You decide down here in the warmth of Southern Arizona, specifically in the Green Valley and Sahuarita Arizona markets we started the new year off with a bang.  MLS wide we posted 68 properties as "Sales Pending" that's in comparison to 245 (28%) "New" listings and 1,178 (6%) total homes for sale in the area. 

February is looking good too.  Sometimes we can let the negative news from the press overwhelm our thought process.  I don't know about you but I am very please what I am seeing so far for 2008 here in Green Valley and Sahuarita Az.

This is a buyers market no doubt about that, the smart ones are buying now and getting some great prices.  We just locked in a home at 5.5% 30 year fixed, that's pretty darn good.
