Tenant Application Requirements
What You Need to Submit with your Application
Our Basic Qualifying Standards:
1. Pets- No Aggressive Breeds.
2. 3x the rent in gross verifiable income.
3. Good Current Credit- if it's not so good and it's dated we might be able to work with you.
4. No open collections, co-signer on lease might be necessary.
5. No evictions.
6. No smoking on the premises at all.
7. No marijuana allowed on premises at all
Step 1: Apply at www.sahuaritagreenvalleyrentals.com
Application Fee: $40 per Adult (18+) occupant.
- Please use separate email addresses per adult occupant.
- Once the online application is complete, you will each receive an
email from our website. You need to approve this email so we can do
your background and credit check.
Pet Application Fee: $20 1st Pet and $15 for each additional Pet
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PET YOU MUST STILL COMPLETE THIS STEP AT NO COST
- Pet Requirements: Go to PetScreening.com and follow the instructions on the pet screening website.
(Step 2) Required Documentation.
- Landlord Referral Reference (You will receive this at your showing)
- Proof of employment: 2 months' of pay stubs. (If you are transferring please provide your transfer letter)
- If you are self-employed: 2 months of bank statements and 2 years of tax returns including "Schedule C"
- Copy of your U.S. Government Issued photo ID for each adult (18+) occupant.
- List of all occupants (Children and Adults) with Names and Ages
